International Diploma in Hair Extensions

Cailean Reed has four key relationships with clients, L'Oreal, Great Lengths hair extensions, and Racoon hair extension. He is a Hair Council Master Craftsman and a state registered senior hairdresser. He is a L'Oreal colour technician, he is a Great Lengths associate and holds the International Diploma in Hair Extensions from Racoon International.

Cailean began his career with Harold Kramer in 1982 and qualified with a City and Guilds Advanced Certificate in 1986. When he was at college he won the Schwartzkopf Sliver Scissors for styling when he was just 17 years of age. He trained with L'Oreal in London and Paris and qualified in colour technology, cutting and perming. With Racoon international he qualified with his International Hair Extension Diploma in 2011 after undertaking a number of advanced programs in hair work.

He is only one of three people in the whole of Scotland who is authorised by Racoon International to work with their Hair in Recovery program, working with those who have medical hair loss. He was also qualified to carry out Balmain Hair Extension in in 2012 and Great Lengths Hair Extensions in 2013. He graduated with a BSc (Hon) in Psychology in 2011 from the Open University.
